Last day, gotta go to the beach, eat some fish and key lime pie. Mission accomplished, over and out.

It's our second last day here. We met Sensei Darryl for a farewell lunch today at a Vietnamese restaurant. Food was ok, biggest Vietnamese menu I've ever seen. After lunch we went over to the Dali Museum. I'm not a fan of his art, but I did want to see the building itself. Very cool! From there we went to pick up some last minute items. Met Sensei Han and Holly for dinner at PJ's Oyster Bar. The place was packed. The fish was good and perfectly cooked.

We went to the Florida Botanical Garden this morning. It's a much nicer garden than the Sunken Gardens and is free. It's divided into sections according to the type of plants-tropical, palms, bromeliads, herb garden, fruits and a wedding garden. There were a few interesting things that I haven't seen before. Dave really enjoyed the garden as well. It was 77 today, so we went to the beach this afternoon.

On Saturday we went to a state park of a different nature. "Skyway Fishing Pier State Park is a Florida State Park located on the north and south sides of the mouth of Tampa Bay. When the new Sunshine Skyway Bridge was built on I-275 (US 19) after one part of the old bridge collapsed due to a ship collision, the approaches to the old bridge were turned into the longest fishing pier in the world. Wednesday was supposed to be a rainy, thunderstorm day, so we decided to go to the movies. We wanted to see Deadpool. We got to the theatre at the local Largo mall in plenty of time to see that there was a lineup down a long flight of steps, across a wide sidewalk and then across the street!
