Back in Fremantle I finished my last final, took care of all of my check out responsibilities, and said my last goodbyes to everyone at Notre Dame who made my experience so Amazing. On Thursday night I set out for the airport one last time, thankfully two other Americans from one of the other dorms were also going to the airport around the same time so we shared a cab, it was nice not having to take all of my bags on the bus. This is the beginning of my long journey home.

At midnight I boarded the plane for Brisbane. After we were already on the plane the captain informed us about a long delay, thankfully I was so tired I passed out once I say down and didn't wake up until we arrived at the gate in Brisbane, I'm not sure what the problems were but all I know is that we landed two and a half hours later than we were supposed to.

It was around 7:30 when I landed and my flight to Airlie Beach wasn't until 1AM. I just hung out in the airport until then.
