Day 254, 15 March 2012, Farewell Kelowna, Hello Vancouver and WHISTLER! The time has come, the walrus said, to talk of many things. Mainly packing. Thats right, two weeks in one place means the exploding luggages have had more than enough time to spread far and wide, but we got there in the end, zippers zipped, albeit straining. We enjoyed a final feast with our hosts (the Hong Kong Restaurant in West Kelowna... does awesome Chinese food!) We ventured off after 9 pm and made our way to the Greyhound station in Kelowna. Talk about the denizens of the deep. The bus is waaaayyy cheaper than flying to Vancouver then having to take the bus the rest of the way to Whistler. And the clientele (obviously not us...) shows it. We just sat quietly in the corner and avoided catching the eye of, well, pretty much everyone. As it turned out, they were an exceedingly well behaved bunch and when the bus took off at 11.15 on the dot... everyone went to sleep. Good stuff. Today's photo is of course our mid-way stop to Whistler, Pacific Central Station in Vancouver. To be continued...
