Day 251, 12 March 2013, Kelowna, OK. Fine. We sit, stand and lie corrected. We woke up to snow this morning. Hmmm. Climate change I understand (more or less). Summer yesterday, winter today. Go figure. Finally feeling human again! Rumours of my demise have been somewhat overstated (though not by much). We are looking out the windows over the lake and the pine trees are heavy with snow. And it's not just us. We had an email overnight from our dear friends in Normandy, France - who are essentially snowed in. They are fine thank goodness but 40,000 people have no electricity and many were trapped in cars overnight. And the trains between Caen and Paris have stopped. Incredible. Quiet day on the Canadian front - can't believe we'll be hopping the 'hound to Whistler on Friday night - it's come around so quick.
