We were heading to the Grampians today and looking at where to stay, I discovered the camping fees here and I think across Victoria are ridiculously priced. It is cheaper to stay at a caravan park. It also puzzles me that they charge $37 for a campsite but then in the same area offer two campgrounds that appear of the same standard totally free.

Anyway, we were driving to the Grampians this morning when we got around 20mins from the southern tip and the car overheated AGAIN! We are so over car problems. We thought we chose a reputable car and still did plenty of upgrades and replaced parts prior to leaving and we are still having major problems. People do less maintenance and preventative repairs and have no issues... so it is frustrating. One person online mentioned that the 1KZ-TE motor is the worst motor ever made and at this point I agree! We happened to pull over in a small town and a very nice local lady came over and offered us all some cold drinks. Thankyou for the thought!
So we miss out on the Grampians and drove an hour back the way we came and headed to Warnambool, the closet big town.

The tourist park we are at has an indoor pool which was nice for myself and the boys to have a swim whilst Matt goes to buy more parts for the car hoping to fix the problem. We are just about to drive the Great Ocean Road so the car will be tested straight away.
