Had a nice lie in, then packed up and moved hotel, finding many of them full. We're still paying too much, but there are perks (rooftop swimming pool!). Took the boat bus to grand palace, but stupidly was wearing shorts and sleeveless tops, so will go back tomorrow in the appropriate attire! Had very nice lunch in a crowded market, then went back on the boat to Chinatown, explored lots of narrow streets with very few westerners around. Lots of strange looking (and smelling) foods, and experimented with Sophie's new gopro. Very hot and sticky day, so Headed back to ksrd and had a dip on the rooftop pool, great view from the 7th floor. Now going back out for dinner an a bit of shopping (long trousers), planning to have a reasonably quiet & early one tonight so we can get up early for the grand palace tomorrow.
