Spent the last 2 days practicing the rescue diver stuff. Really enjoying it, having to do surface and underwater rescues. occasionally ill just be sat around and suddenly someone will come in like 'romina's drowning' then ive gotta go save her, its pretty fun. got full scenarios tomorrow, where we run through the whole thing as if it was a real emergency. Such an amazing few dives today, did the wreck twice, including penetration :-) was awesome, only a small boat, but very eerie, an strange to have a roof over you! Very nice dives though, saw loads of fish as well as going into the wreck! Finished those about midday, then had to get on with rescue, got through some of the required skills, and basically finished the theory. Rubbish entry to the blog, but I can't really remember what I did, bit too long ago!

Got up and headed down to the dive shop, had to do the rescue theory, started off with doing the knowledge reviews for the wreck spec. Then began on the 1:30 long video about rescue diving! Was very long and dry (although not as bad as the EFR videos), and lots of theory questions to do. Romina got back from teaching her course at 2ish, and we talked through some for the wreck stuff. So the plan was to leave today, on the 4 am ferry.. But I didn't much fancy it! And doing more courses instead :-) Harry headed off to do some dsd (discover scuba diving) with some people, while I stayed in and had a break and read my book. Woke up at 7:00 as we'd all agreed, and headed down to the dive centre, but, when I got there I was the only one up!! Harry got down at 7:30 and we headed off to Tekek in his boat to get there for 8. Ordered some breakfast which never came :-( and headed out on the deep dive of the advance open water. Was really cool got down to 30m and there was an awesome wreck down there, first one I'd seen, so many cool things a well: 2 lionfish and moray eels, and a school ...
