Hi All,

Are you ready for a long read!!

We are having a great time in Wantira It is great to see Jack he is doing well but is very unstable and is not at all mobile so unfortunatly he does not come out with us through the day but we pop round round breakfast and in the eveing either take him out for dinner or cook at his, but other wise he is the same funny and happy Jack we know.

You will have to for give me as we are struggling to remeber the days so here we go:

We checked in at the Holiday park and it is fine basic but clean but all we need ( photos to follow)

We have had a few days out up in the Dandelongs which are huge forest;s about 30 minutes drive from Jacks it is really pretty up there and very green( not as green as it has been due o the fires) from there you can go to the top of the Mountain and can see all over melbourne on a clear day, on the way down you come though so tiny towns with the most beautiful houses backing into the trees, there is so any types of birds, wildlfe and flowers that you can only find there.

Friday we headed off to St Kilda and Brighton beaches and Black Rock these are all about 20 -40 mintues from the center of Melbourne, it was quite a nice day about 22 / 22 degress so had a drive round stopped off at a few cafe's for a coffee along the way ( getting into the Melbourne way) we had a great walk through the street of St Kilda and along the Esplande the is some thing foe every one here from the beach to the fair ground all the Cafe's and bars on Acland street to the hippy shops its pretty cool, We carried onto Bright just a bit futher down from St Kilda and it is beautiful with sandy beaches and the port sat on the sea front fro lunch and walked along the front , the then went to Black Rock this is a very expenisve area still on the beach with beautiful homes with floor to cealing windows to make the most f the view asked Jon if we could rent some where here the answer was NO!! abit more than our budget will allow the avarage house cost 1 - 2 millon dollars !!!

Saturday we headed into Port Melbourne where Nathan Lives to get ready for the races, he lives on Beach road and in the pent ouse of a block it is a beautiful apartment and area the beach is just outside the block and is only 20 mintues from the city.

We got ready there and geadded off to Flemington race course which was really amazing, We set up the plot and had a bbq and the drink was flowing all day it was a really great expereince every one was dress up and enjoying them selves we had a few bets but no winnings!! we walked arounfd the show stables and the horses we amazing I even stroked one!!!, After the races finish we got the train into the City and went drinking it was really nice we went to some pretty swish bars and finished the day off great, we met some great people and had a good laugh.
