Lakes Entrance

After another windy journey we arrived further down the coast at Lakes Entrance. It's another sleepy fishing port, only this one boasts a Ninety mile beach!!! We had fun watching the rookie lifeguards training this morning and the men fishing (more successfully than us). We went out last night and had a laugh with some English guys who are travelling around the world in a camper van. It's true what people say about the Aussies as well, we have found them so friendly and welcoming.

Nick barbequed his first Kangaroo tonight which was very exciting, it has a gamey flavour and quite rich but good. We have really enjoyed our lazy travelling down the coast but we're both keen to get to Melbourne tomorrow and start sorting stuff out.

Bring on the big smoke!!
