Port Fairy and The Twelve Apostles

In the morning we walked up to Teddy's lookout for some arial views of the road (see pics) and down to Erskine Falls. As we made our way around the winding roads we spotted Dolphins in the sea and stopped to watch as they swam by. We met a couple of Nick's friends for coffee in Apollo Bay and drove on till we finally arrived at the 12 Apostles. These are huge stacks of rock that stand out of the ocean and look stunning with the waves crashing around their base. As you can imagine we were pretty knackered by the time we arrived in Port Fairy. After some fish and chips, and strawberry wine from the Mornington Peninsula, we relaxed in our riverside cottage for the evening.
