Wow, Palm Cove is really nice too! Its a bit touristy, but the beach is well worth it, and still hardly any people on the beach!! Cardwell is a nice little town, but a bit strange! Not a lot goes on here and there are not many tourists, which i guess is a good thing. We have a really nice campsite though, with nobody else in it so no queues for the showers!! It also has two pools, a bar and restaurant. Very nice! Mission beach is fantastic! It is a huge beach, lined with palm trees and it is just perfect. Just like paradise really. We spent a night here in a nice campsite which was really relaxed, and virtually empty! There isnt an awful lot else to see here really, but the beach is impressive enough! Took some good photos here in the morning before we left. We had our first Aussie cocktail here which was a cocobanana daquari. Yummy!! And we had the best Chinese meal ever...

Brrrrrrrrrr!!! We had the coldest night here! I ended up going to bed in a fleece!! Its nice here as we are away from the coast, and it makes a change to be up in the mountains! Port Douglas is a really nice little place. Its not too big but it has everything that you would need. We spent a few nights here and really enjoyed it. We were in a really nice campsite where the people were really friendly. We also went to the sunday markets which everyone talks about and they had some really nice things there.
