Well I think we may have relaxed a little too much as this morning we were woken by someone with a wet bed! I met people who travelled for 6 months and didn't wash their sheets once, as they didn't stop long enough in one place to do it. We seem to be washing them every other day and will be blowing the laundry budget at this rate! For 18 months before we left I collected any gold coins I was given in a shoebox. Just before we left we had reached $1300, which is paying for our laundry! Nick volunteered to do the washing so I walked the beach with Jonny and it was another beautiful, clear flat ocean. We needed 2 coffees to get going this morning (it was an early start!) and after the endless round of breakfasts we headed of to spend the morning at Frenchman's Bay - a beautiful spot where the kids like to snorkel and climb the rocks. We saw the most enormous sea slug, which impressed everyone! The afternoon was spent relaxing under the Pepper Trees again - until Katharine asked to do some English schoolwork. Nick is now a little greyer! We cleared our heads with a walk to Emu Point and a sit in the sun while the kids played in the sand then home for dinner. Next door to us are a family on their way home to NSW and Nick spent an hour with them learning of places to visit and good camping sites - he's quite social in a caravan park!! We walked off dinner with a quick walk along Middleton Beach as the sun set and then came home to batten down the hatches as rain and strong winds are due - good old Albany!
