Tonight I went to the Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour at the Paramount Theater downtown with my friend, Amity. The place was packed, and we got to our seats just in time. We saw 10 films ranging from about 5 minutes to 30 minutes in length. They were all very inspiring and made me want to get outside. There were films about skiing, mountain biking, trail running, rock-climbing, wildlife, and kayaking. There were moments that were terrifying, beautiful, and awe-inspiring. If you get a chance to go, I would highly recommend it!
