Painful get up in the morning but got there early as wanted to get the direct bus to Rome rather than the one going via Ancona. Managed it and had a much shorter journey. Bus journey ok, was tired but couldn't sleep. chatted and read tho. Arrived about 3 and went to room. Dumped stuff and headed to pool. Had an hour working on the tan with the others before heading to the huge supermarket across the road. Really good to see a proper shop and wandered about for a while. The others were having a picnic but I decided just to get a pizza and join them there. Bumped into Phil while out and about, really good to see him. went along and surprised Mal. Worked out that we had the next 2 weeks together, very pleased. Starting to find the constant retell of my life story exhausting so good to find old faces again. Went to Tim and Melissa's cabin and had dinner. All tired so only had a couple at the bar. went to bed about 11.
