Woke up in time to do the walking tour but when arrived was no guide. A little annoying but as up early enough could swap the days and headed out to Sintra. A few of us went out and took a while to sort trains. Sintra a lovely village with lots of palaces, castles etc. Good to walk around, went into a palace but felt very faint so headed back to the train station. Shame as would have liked to spend more time there but didn't feel better even after food. Came back...

Bus at 11 so checked out and had a look around the shops. Boarded the bus and got own seat again, yay. Usual entertainment on journey, chatting, reading, music and tv. Lovely sleep, lovely lie in. Got up and had brekkie. Chatted to kiwi girls for a bit and left them to head for the beach. Found different beach to yesterday through exploring and was much nicer. Rocky cliffs and good sand, even the sea was calmer. Woke up and got brekkie at the hostel. Bus at 8 and uneventful journey. Giggled through a few Friends episodes and learnt that Portugal was on UK time (something every day hey!) arrived about 10 30 and went to hostel. Actually lots of appartments around the town.
