6am wake up calls are not fun! Although for good reason, we entered the Vatican Museum, and St Peter's Basilica which was just spectacular. After lunch, we entered the famous Colosseum, an advantage of being on a tour is not having to line up for tickets, which was super long. Most of today was spent traveling, but the reward at the end was well worth it! Rome was lovely...we did a walking tour to start our time in the capital and enjoyed walking around the city, viewing the gorgeous buildings.
