We left the Grand Canyon yesterday as a snow storm began to set in, our two friendly stags came out as we were leaving. We drove through snow and rain until the weather cleared when we reached California. It was a big day of desert driving on lonely roads and as we were nearing Joshua Tree a coyote ran infront of the car!

Today we have explored the park, which is like a land out of a Dr Seuss book with bi boulders thrown everywhere and many Joshua Trees, extremely strange plants! We drove around with U2's famous album playing and went for some walks in the strange habitat. We also had a great view from a mountain of the San Andreas fault and views down to Mexico.
