Following the Moselweinstrasse we visited Zell which was very nice but a little too touristy for our liking. Drove on and as luck would have it we found a great little Stellplatz in Punderich at only €8/night incl electric and water. A chap came round in the evening to collect the fees so we booked in for a couple of days. Nice village with a bakery which was open! Lovely afternoon spent walking by the river. Lazy start the next morning as it was raining again, then walked along riverbank to Briedel, nothing there was open so came back to Punderich away from the river and found a hotel bar open, had a drink there then gave Bella a run and a dip in the Mosel before returning to the van to sit in the evening sun at our bargain site.
