Gemmas cousin Kate was there to meet us at the airport with her husband and their 2 daughters Keira and Nia (who is only 2 weeks old). We went to te farmers market for breakfast and then Kate had a family BBQ and all Gems cousins and Grandma's brother in law came which was nice. The island is very nice and picturesque and hopefully the weather will be nice for the next week as they have a perfect sunbathing deck at the house

thew next day we went to the waterfront with Kate, Paul, Keira and Nia and then in the afternoon the sun came out so we went to a beach nearby. then on the way home we stopped at Kate's dad's house for a BBQ which was really nice.

On Monday Paul was at work so we went to the town centre to watch Gem's cousin in a dance show he is in. He has done loads of musicals etc and is really good. He recently did "high School Musical" and was also in Canada's version of "Pop Idol!" He is going to university in Septmeber to study it. After that we came home to sunbathe on the deck for the afternoon. Managed to top up our tans a little bit, but then woke up the next day to clouds again. Gem's cousin Kiera who is only 8 cant understand why we like to sunbathe so much!

Have been sunbathing for the last couple of days but it is foul weather today so we are going to visit Gemma's other cousin Jane and her husband Dev and then going to the cinema tonight to watch Harry Potter. Weather is supposed to improve tomorrow and for the weekend so we will see. Going to see a disco show this weekend and then just chill out for the rest of the time. it is a very small town which is great for just relaxing which is what we want to do before we get into the US and things get hectic again.

Went to Disco Cirque with Aaron and it was fantastic, a really good night. we have tried to go to the cinema a couple of times but the film we wanted to see was sold out so we watched a DVD instead. Harry Potter was amazing though.

The weather got worse again and didn't pick up until yesterday (sunday) we went to a pool party and just sunbathed all day and had some great food. Weather is cloudy this morning and chance of sun and thundershowers later so will try and sunbathe and then tomorrow is supposed to be nice and we met a girl yesterday and she said she will take us to the beach on tuesday so should get at least a couple of sunbathes in before we go.
