Another sea day. Cool weather as we head towards Cape Horn. As Barb and I are going on a cruise to the Middle East next year, we went to the port presentation about cruises there. It wasn’t very good, but she won the raffle for an exclusive sail away party. Apparently, it’s for one of the glaciers.
The men and women were even Stevens today.
In the evening there was one of the Peninsular Club soirées (ooerrr missus). We sat with Rob and Linda. Rob and I killed a fair amount of G&T’s and each took a full glass of red out with us. We retired to Anderson’s, where a paid for Sipsmiths and Fever Tree was enjoyed before we ate in Sindhu. Sindhu is one of the paid for restaurants on board and one the best Indian restaurants I’ve ever eaten in. Rob and I killed another bottle of Malbec between us. We didn’t do too badly in the Syndicate Quiz.
Tomorrow we circumnavigate the island where Cape Horn is located, anti-clockwise for what it’s worth.
