Oooh I had fun today! We’d booked a catamaran for the 12 of us. We were picked up at the gate by the driver and driven all of 10 minutes to the cat. Shoes off and all on board. Pick up time was 9:30 as I don’t organise early starts!

We then sailed to our first stop where some of us snorkelled and some of us didn’t. I don’t care what the others said it WAS cold when you first got in. We then voted to sail first and snorkel last, so that’s what we did.

The bar opened as soon as we left our moorings. Rum punches at 10:00 work, let me tell you! The sails went up, the engines went off and we sailed past Aurora and the Jewel of the Seas (I went to the Baltic on her) and on to drop anchor just off the Sandy Lane Hotel.

We had lunch and then sailed back to our second snorkelling spot. I was well oiled by then, so, like quite a few others stayed on board. This was the site of the wrecks and I’d SCUBA’d over the site on my last visit.

Back on board Aurora I had a nap. Until 17:45! So I showered but didn’t shave and went to try the Wi-Fi. It was crap so came back on board and had dinner!

The 21:30 quiz was about the Caribbean and we didn’t win. Nor did we win the Syndicate either. We started badly but improved towards the end. All in all a rather good day.
