This morning we take a bus to the Carlsberg Brewery. The driver and 2 of the 4 passengers on board were most helpful in ensuring that we got off at the right stop. The brewery was a self guided tour and a great way to spend the morning. There were formally 200 Jutland horses at the brewery but that number is now just 6. The horses used to be used to deliver the beer to the various establishments in Copenhagen. They are a beautiful gentle looking animal but very very strong. As part of the entry price we are entitled to 2 glasses of beer.the brewery has an excellent display of the past methods of brewing compared to today. Rather than catching the bus back, we opt to walk. Today we did finish at the brew bar !
