Day 11 - Bramwell Station
We were a little late leaving Coen this morning - Kade needed a quick trip to the local "hospital". His throat was sore again so we needed to get him checked out and another lot of antibiotics. The staff were very helpful.
Once on the road, we navagate a few more corrugations and stopped at the Moreton Telegraph Station for lunch and a kick of the footy/throw of the netball. The Station was quite interesting with plenty of history and photos on the wall.
We continued onto Bramwell Station, which is the northern most cattle station in Australia. We set up and then had a look around at the cattle in the yards, the horse and the brolga thats kept on site. We chatted to the station hands and learnt that the station is approx 333,000 acres and they run 3 separate business ventures - the cattle, tourism park and road crews.
