Day 24 - Milla Milla

We headed further south today and our first stop was at the Split Rock Aboriginal Paintings just outside of Laura. They were quite facinating as were the rock formations themselves.

Next stop - Mount Carbine Hotel for a beer/soft drink. This is quite a quirky pub with some great photos of crocodiles and pigs on the walls.

Next - Mareeba for some supplies - the fridge and "pantry" were almost completely empty.

We travelled through Atherton, but as the annual Show was in town we decided to keep travelling and stopped at Malanda Falls for a look and a photo.

We pulled into Milla Milla caravan park in the afternoon and set up. What a beautiful little town, green grass, tropical trees and gorgeous little old shop fronts.

Finally a kick of the footy on the gold course to spend some energy!
