I slept in a bit today because we didn't have orientation until 2pm.. yay! I found out though that you can never get enough sleep :(
Went to my baker today, love her, planning to befriend her in the upcoming months... Went to orientation, felt like 9am instead of 2pm thank you jetlag, and it went on for a while, and before I knew it it was 6pm and dark. We got a tour of the university which was nice... it's very compact, even moreso than Marquette. Gorgeous though...
Then we met up with some of Reid's friends downtown for dinner... they're super nice and funny! We ate at a really good place... ya there isn't a better description haha. I got a crepe with salmon and spinach and an egg on top, with wine to drink whoo! Then we walked home, always fun haha and now I'm pooped and jetlagged still so my apologies for a messy post... I sign up for classes tomorrow so I'm trying to scramble all that together... But my main goal for tomorrow is to buy a hair dryer (if not a straightener and curler also) because I'm about to chop off my hair it's hideous. Ok well peace out world! :)
