Vegas escapism is everywhere, the power house of Vegas is the slot machines that are maned day and night by the ordinary folks. When the designers create these impressive palaces, they have to give presidence to the slot machines that are the bread and butter of the casinos. It is like the Matrix, people sitting at bank after bank of slot machines in often dimly lit surroundings feeding the Vegas machine. Vegas is the steriotypical America image, but America as I have found is far more complex and interesting for this simple image.
It was a lazy day having seen the things we wanted to see. Various casinos drinking dollar drinks whilst watching Andy play the roulette that he was getting more addicted to.
Farewells were made, prior to Claire and Andrews early flight to Hawaii.
