It was difficult getting out of bed, but we had to head off. We couldn't leave San Fransico without seeing the Golden Gate Bridge. We took the car this time stopping at a unfeasibly steep street with views of the bridge and alcatraz floating above the sea fog.
Business finished we set off for Reno a convenient stop before burning man. The route took us over 5000ft through the Sierra Nevada mountains.
Reno is the poor relation to Vegas, however we are going to avoid going out to save money and catch up with sleep.
