Today has been our last full day in NZ and we have just been tying up a few loose ends.

Dropped the hire car back and I was a little worried as there were a few stone chips on the windscreen (the roads over here are full of gravel) and thought we might get charged. After we left without incurring any costs and got to the hotel Mel realised that we had not paid them for our ferry crossing which we had both totally forgot about.

Had a really nice meal in the hotel restaurant, Mel had fish and chips then it was off to the room for an early night.

The next time we post we will be in Melbourne.
