I never really watched Dallas the TV show but Karen did so off to Southfork Ranch we go. It is only about a 20 minute drive out of Dallas. We weren't going to pick up our hire car until the day before we left but Dallas/Fort Worth is very spread out so we thought it is easier to use the car to get around and thank god we did. Had a great nights sleep, staying in the Westin Downtown so rooms are really good. We walked down Main St and found a diner for breakfast. I forgot about the bottomless coffee refills, coffee was ordinary but not the worst I have had. Even the breakfasts here are huge. I had to have the breakfast burrito.
