Well first 3/4 of day was repeat of yesterday. Miles of nothing. Managed to find a coffee stop at a bakery after 2 2/2 hours driving. Bakeries are huge here. Only shops in town often and more like take away restaurants. Then to Parkes to lunch where only place open was subway. Good by me as I love their salads! In the middle of nothing on a major highway going 110 km there was a herd of bulls walking along and on the road. Unreal. Only animals we saw in hours and only ones for next few hours. Then I saw an emu walking alongside road. So cool! Coming into Dubbo we started to get more trees a few cows and sheep and a lot more cars. Staying at a lovely motel overnight here. Went out to lovely Thai restaurant for dinner. Superb food
