25/10/08 Woke up to heavy rain that wasn't letting up. Decided to brave it and wandered up and down Karon Town. Me and Rich got some prok and chicken kebab sticks for breakfast. 23/10/08 Wandered down the street in the evening to find somewhere to eat. Decided to go to a supermarket to get some alcohol for the evening rather than going to a bar. Bought 5 bottles of sang som to drink and spent the night playing cards and drinking. 18/10/08 Got a taxi from our huts on the beach to the pier in some seriously heavy rain, even the locals were jumping and looking scared about the thunder. 14/10/08 Lounged around on the beach all day, waiting for the full moon party. Picked up some bottles of whisky to drink, it only costs around 2 quid for a bottle.
