Another day in paradise has passed. Yesterday we rented bikes and rode to Punta Uva...a gorgeous rainforest beach 10 km (6 miles) down the dusty dirty road. Daphne was a trooper! As you can see from the photos, this beach is breathtaking. I heard there were monkey in the trees at this beach, so I made everyone go! Unfortunately, we saw no monkeys. As we prepared to leave, I realized that I had a flat tire. I sent everyone on ahead and I walked it back to Puerto Viejo....I made it home eventually, dirtier, sweatier and hungrier. There's more to the story...but I'll save it for my return. Last night we had dinner at home an hung out with the staff in the lobby. There are 4 people we've gotten to know (and love). Adrienna is a native Tica, Galen is from Portland OR and Melin and Peter are French interns. The girls loooove Melin.

Hard to believe we only have a few more days here and then heading back to San Jose.
