We wandered the township to find the most interesting shop - The Station Store run by Kinnon & Co. The beef cattle owners opened the shop in town which included tearooms and an outback show. Attendants were all dressed in period clothing and purchases made in the tea rooms were on an honesty basis.
Thomas used the automatic pancake maker to whip up a batch of pancakes which were pretty nice.
Inside the store they had a rabbit fur blanket for $1,200 and some beautiful leatherwork which was pricey. Richard and Julie could have purchased outfits and accessories for their single action shotting - including a toy revolver priced at $250. The store also had the most amazing womens hats for that era.
