Finally the day has come where we decide to leave the island, so we booked our travel and accommodation for Bangkok. Five days until Australia now and we are really looking forward to seeing Amy and Luke.

Matt got big headed as Alex from sunshine bar offered him the last one of his vests. He prints his own vest with pictures of him on them and captions but only sells to select people. He has being telling people for weeks that he has sold out. Matt was told by the other staff that I must be honoured and wear it with great pride.

As we sat and ate breakfast, a disabled mouse ran under the table next to us.......No problem, Alex just grabbed the dustpan and brush binned it, fast forwarding the destiny of the poor soul with not even a consideration that it may live. We can't help thinking that this culture probably extends to the humans living in the country too.

Farewell drinks with the gang at Himmel before we show our tans off in Oz.
