Feeling like we needed to move from our relaxing 7 day coma, we set off on foot along the windy roads to Bai Lan Bay. Half way up the first hill all the red bull from last night ran out! Calves aching, heads poubnding we plodded on up the roller coaster road (and we are not exaggerating the steep climbs).

Disappointed by the outcome on arrival and no book shop (the main purpose) we made an about turn. The walk back was better - the slopes would be amazing for sledging!!

Our love of Pad Thai dragged us back to Nana's place. You can enjoy giggling away at her and her husnad laughing out loud at their comedy TV programme.

The next task of the day was to book our boat journey to Koh Kood.
