Today it was back to school with the girls for assembly. With the rain pouring down outside and the Ska music playing in the hall the kids were on a high. We sat there like proud parents as Amelie and Maisie's names were announced for the 'Act of kindness' awards. The next activity on the agenda was the gym!! With Kay working there it seemed an opportunity not to be missed however 10 minutes in and Char wished she hadn't bothered with trainer Matty screaming at her to push harder!! With good intentions we tried to make the best of a rainy (and we mean rainy!!) day so where better to head than the rainforest?? After sandwiches, coffee and cakes under shelter, to pluck up the courage for a walk we decided that we would venture back next week! This is the reason why Netflix was invented! A wise man called Liam from Barnsley told us this before we left….and we laughed it off "No we won't be watching Netflix!" His words…." No matter where you are in the world if it's raining its s**t!" Not entirely true but it comes in useful sometimes! DJANGO.
