The day has come...... We are leaving the Swishart Mansion to embark on the next leg of our journey. After we had packed, we went to Hilary's Harbour for the last supper with Mel & Lorna. Yet another wood-fired pizza for Matt. It's a shame our stay had to come to an end, we have had such an awesome time and can not thank L & M (or is it M&L?!) enough for making us feel at home, with much needed home comforts as the 6 month halfway mark is approachin...

A big breakfast and a big goodbye to Shez's big sister and uncle Pete. We have been looked after like royalty and we were really sad to leave. Hopefully they will be able to visit England soon. Today a trip to the local police station was avoided as the Indian Visa plan came together nicely. Tonight we have tickets to see Mark Ronson and with our passports at the Indian embassy it was looking like a proof of identity form from the local police was the only way ...

Our second visit to Kings Park provided us with an informative tour of the city from up high. When Pete announced that the walls we were passing were called 'The Whispering Walls' we didn't believe him and had to try it out. Yes it's right....the walls do whisper....or should we say we whisper and it is passed down a curved wall using some acoustic wizardry. Afternoon tea was spent in Synergy Park before we headed back to get ready to meet some more of the fam...

The rain carried on into the day but it didn't stop the sturdy British going for a walk along the marina at Mandurah. We just took the brollies! We did however opt for an inside activity for afternoon tea! The chocolate factory..... Here we ate zero chocolate but carried on the flowing conversations as we updated Pete and Moina on the local changes in Leeds since their last visit 12 years ago.
