Rockhampton was a stop that wasn't really on our list to do but more a stopping point to catch the ferry to Great Keppel, an island that Sig & Vic had visited and loved 10 years ago! We are hoping things haven't changed but we think that is a big ask! After a good nights sleep at the Rockhampton YHA we decided we would see what 'Rocky' had to offer....
- It's the beef capital of Australia (whatever that means!)
- It's like going back in time to Hillbilly America (There's even a western clothing shop)

We are looking forward to Great keppel in the morning!!
