13 - 1st May 2014, Clermont, Emerald, Queensland.

So I have nearly finished my work in Clermont with only 3 weeks left things are starting to look up. I can't say I will be sad to say goodbye to Clermont, although an experience I am sure I will never forget I'm not sure it's an experience I would want again. This small town has plenty of character, country music and rodeos but for a city girl like myself it's lack of shops, entertainment and normal ness makes me desperate to move on.

So what's next for me... Well the truth is I have no idea. I think I will be heading to Rockhampton and then onto Mackey, because they are so close to Clermont it would be silly not to check them out and see what they have to offer. Although I don't think I will stay there to long, it will just be a case of having a look and then heading off to Cain's. Once in Cains the excitement can begin, I am planning on flying out to Fiji for the month of June/July as it's apparently the best time of year for island hopping and scuba diving. Flights to fiji are not the cheapest of plans but I feel like have worked hard here in Clermont and need to treat myself with a white sand island trip. I then plan on flying back to Cains to see what that is like, where I hear the reef diving is second to none and the nightlife is da bomb.

I am still awaiting the arrival of the parcel which I have been sent from home, although the delay in postage is beginning to get annoying, the excitement of the inevitable arrival makes it worth the wait. It was also great to see the photo of ants new car, it looks awesome and I can't wait for you to give me a lift back from Heathrow one day :)
