32 - Monday 10th - Saturday 15th November 2014, Airlie beach and Whitsunday islands , QLD, Australia, EAST COAST with APRIL!!

So we have arrived in Airlie beach and it's great. Just what you would expect the east coast of Australia to be like, really surfy looking, beach town, bars and shops. We were staying at nomads which is next door to base where I stayed last time I was Airlie. We spent the day chilling at the lagoon and the evening preparing and pampering ourselves ready for our two nights on the clipper party boat sailing around the Whitsunday islands and white haven beach.

Tuesday 11th November 2014
As we approached the boat terminal ready to bored the clipper we were excited to be greeted by our friends from Misson beach, Richie and andy. As well as the two girls from Stevenage who were in our room. Kim and Annie. We knew then that this clipper trip was going to be insane once we saw all our friends arrive, as well as the massive creat of cider we brought with us and big box of goon each. The first day on the boat we headed straight out to the island and headed for cook point. The boat anchored here and the slides were put out, snorkels, and sun beds ready for some serious sunning. Everyone was able to chill in the sun all afternoon topping up the tan and chatting to the people on the boat. April and I were given our rooms, we were lucky enough to have been put into a privet room for just the two of us which meant our stuff was stored securely and was a relief. Having spent the afternoon chilling on the boat it was soon 4pm which meant the bar was open and we were allowed to start drinking. So a quick shower took place, we throw on some casual looking outfits and started on the cider. It didn't take long for the drinking games began and we soon all got to know each other. The music was blasting and the night was insane. I went to bed excited for the next day on the Whitsunday's.

Wednesday 12th November 2014 Whitsunday and white haven beach.

So after a late night drinking the 6am wake up song was not appreciated too much by any of us. We soon got up and had breakfast before getting ready for a day at the paradise beach of white heaven. So just as I went to the room to pack my bag, I had to go down the 2 meter steep stair case which I managed no problem last night after a few too many ciders. However this morning I managed to falls straight down the drop, bash my arm and put my bum in some serious pain. The bruises are awful looking. I packed my bag eventually and we made it over the island and to one of the most fantastic beaches I have ever seen in my life. We spent the morning taking lots of photos and sun bathing on the beautiful beach, making human pyramids. Having left the beach the rest of the day was spent sliding off the slides, jumping off the diving bored and snorkelling. The evening was full of drink games, lots of drinks and just crazy behaviour.

A 6am wake up again the last morning was not too well received, as everyone was feeling really tired by now. However April and I got up ready for our scuba dive, the morning dive was great the visibility was grand and we saw plenty of reef and fish on our dive. The whole clipper experience was fantastic, we expected a party and we were not disappointed. Next stop the after party in Airlie!!!
