We rang the campervan company this morning and were told to go to a garage in Gisborne which was one of their service centres. When we got there it was closed but the boss was about so looked at our power problem. He said the sockets needed replacing but as it was a Sunday, nowhere was open so we arranged to come back the next morning. Today we made an early(ish) start and were on the road by 9am. We were heading to Gisborne but our immediate priority was to get petrol as we were very low!
