Today was a very manic day at work- at lunchtime we started off with only me, Dan, Mara, Sophie and Rachel. I didn't wake up early enough today to get to the Botanical gardens to start the Blue Arrow walking route at a reasonable time- it takes 4-5 hours and didn't want to finish it when in the dark- so I did the Red arrow route instead, which is the one I did all those months ago when I went with Nomad's. In between shifts, I went to the 24 hour medical centre to get my stitches out. I had rang up the better doctor's surgery but they said they were really busy until Wednesday. The half hour wait wasn't too bad as I got to read a gossip magazine and watch Ready Steady Cook. Contrary to what people told me it did hurt a bit and it was very reassuring of the doctor to put a plaster on which didn't cover the scar.
