Starting with the good. Finally left Warwick at 9:45. Stopped at the CAT weigh station in East Greenwich to weigh the RV front (steer) axle, back (drive) axle, and the car. Confirmed I am overweigh but this will be my maximum weigh as we use everything we brought with us. Tiring day of driving. Traffic through Connecticut as usual but the wind was the biggest constant with some strong gusts. We arrived at the campground in East Stroudsburg PA. Welcoming staff and a level pull through site so I don’t have to disconnect the car.
Now the not so good. Last night Shannon made her escape by sneaking out the back door which was followed by 20 panic minutes before the people who found her called me. Then this morning, the car battery was dead (read user error) as I failed to completely unplug the auxiliary car brake (needed for a towed car). My neighbor (thank you Shelley and Paul) helped me jump the car. We turned on the house alarm but failed to lock the front door due to all the excitement. Thank you Peter for checking the house early and letting me know but then the front door set off the alarm. The Ring alarm people called me so I could stop the call to the police.
I know. It’s hard to believe this all really happened. We are going to sleep early and planning on a better day tomorrow.

M&R Day one down! Shake out day. Glad you have neighbors you can count on. Keep on truckin’.
Wayne Di. Tough day yesterday but there are much better days to come. Look forward to meeting up with you.
Yvonne Okay you may want to practice some road yoga or mile meditation. Relax, breathe in breathe out, repeat. Just don't do it while driving.
