So after having gone to my bed at like 11pm so i could get a good nites sleep for my bus journey home, i must hav had one of the worst nites sleep possible. The other 7 people in my room had all gone out so i kind of expected them to be a bit noisey when they came in. Well the 2 German guys came in at about 2 and did try to be quiet. However as they fell asleep very quickly, I hadnt managed to get back to sleep by the time one of them started snoring and i mean this was not normal snoring, it was like a bloody elephant! So eventually I did manage to get back to sleep only to be woken up at 4.30 by some yobby English folk coming back, I'm sure u all know the type am talking about!! Well they made a total racket and didnt even seem to try and keep the noise down. And then the best bit of my night was when 2 of the english folk started having sex. They didnt even attempt to keep the noise down and were even talking dirty to each other, which i could hear even tho i had ear plugs in and the guy was still snoring, yes he managed to sleep through the whole thing!! Was totally raging but thought it was probably better if i kept my mouth shut and didnt start a fight at 5 in the morning! However Ryan then txt me at which point the guy was like "Oh s*** someones awake, oh never mind i dont care"! At that point i was really struggling not to get up and smash his face in, but i managed to control myself! Oh and then Beccy foned me very drunk telling me she couldnt get home and had fallen over and given herself a fat lip! Theres not much I could do as I am in NZ and shes in Oz, so txt Dave after to see if he would check on her! When i went back in the room the slaggy couple had finally shut up and appeared to have gone to sleep. However for me I was awake for quite a while and i reckon i maybe managed 3 or 4 hours sleep which was great! I also wonder why people think it is ok to hav sex in a room with 6 other people in it?! Tbh its just disgusting and they r obviously just the biggest sluts ever! I cant imagine there would be any point in ur life, no matter how drunk u were that it would seem a good idea to hav sex in a room with other people in it! However I did get to hav a moan with the other people on the bus and they all sympathised with me which was good.

Anyway so we left the Bay of Islands, sadly, to head back to Auckland. We stopped off at a town called Opononi where we got to watch a very dated, black and white, but also fantastic in an old school way, film about a friendly dolphin they had in their bay called Opo! It was hillarious! We then headed to the Waipoua Forest where we stopped to take photos of Tane Mahuta, God of the Forest, a Kauri tree. These trees are incredibly tall and wide and magnificant looking!

By the time we arrived back in Auckland all the shops were shut so just wandered about a bit and went to bed early cause i was a tad tired!
