g'day all you people.

hi all this weeks update comes from australia zoo. we set off for the zoo around 8.00am and boraded the coach. on the way to the zoo the stuck on a video all about steve irwin and his family and his life to keep us entertained for the 1 hour journey,was nice of them. we got to the zoo paid and walked straight for the toilet, as we all do. then we were ready.

we walked around for a bit and saw a lady holding a small croc thing so we touched it then moved on to the bigger crocs. we saw lots of crocs and then a few koalas before making our way to see bindi irwin and the crocmen!!! wa hoooooo. not sure if its out at home but bindi irwin has released a dvd for keeping kids fit and she was there to perform her dances with the very camp croc men. she came out and did about 6 songs and everyone loved it. she was brilliant and so were the croc men. you can see by the pics there were loads of kids by the fench dancing around and was cool to see. after she did her bit there was a show about the animals of the zoo. we saw loads of snakes and birds flying round the arena and was really good. after that bit out came terri irwin and steve irwins best mate wes. they did a brilliant show all about the crocs and they fed them and got pretty close. one was that close that wes swore and tried to cover it up by saying crikey, was funny. they went and that had passed about 3 hours. we then strolled round the park and saw dingoes,some gorgeous elephants,tigers,koala bears which were cool as they wernet sleeping, tazmanian devils, my favourite the wombats, snakes of all sorts, lizards and many more. we then got our selfs a little souvenier of a penny with aus zoo on it and got back on the coach home and felt shattered as it was a really long day. but was cool. oh and we saw and touched some kangaroos!! they were friendly.

so they day was done we went home and got ready for our trip down to brisbane...................
