We left early thos morning to drive to the Adelaide Airport to pick up Daniel. He has joined us for about 10 days while we travel from Adelaide through South Australia to Melbourne in Victoria. This morning we woke up to a sick little man. Lochie had a couple vomits and then he slept for a few hours so I asked for a late checkout. He has picked up quickly thank goodness, hopefully he didn't pass it on! We were on the road by 12.15pm and had a beautiful drive through some amazing country. Today was very cold, well it was 16 degrees and a bit rainy, so cold after what we've experienced over the past few months. We didn't do much except relax and play with Lochie when the rain cleared, the warmest part of the day was actually around 7pm when the sun came out of the clouds as it was going down and it had stopped raining! Tomorrow we are travelling to Adelaide.

This morning we walked across the road to the Clare Country Market, but it was a little disappointing with very few stalls and very few customers, it did have a great relaxed country feel though! It is beautiful country to drive through on the eastern side of Port Augusta. We intended on staying at Port Pirie for one night but they wanted to charge us quite a bit extra for Lochie, on our trip so far we haven't had to pay for Lochie, so out of principle we continued on.
