RIP Whitney Houston

After waking up around 10am today, our mom changed our sheets and had us go to the living room so she could do a good cleaning of our room. Alice and I leave our brasero (heater) on most of the time we're in our room, because they don't have central heat here, and unfortunately, the condensation had created mold on our wall. So Lola grabbed her ladder and climbed up it to get it off. It had been crawling down the wall and had reached my pillow, so we knew it was time for a cleaning day.

Alice still isn't feeling well so she took a nap while I worked on my medical terminology homework and took a quiz. The class is pretty easy, filling out the book is rather time consuming though. I skyped my mom, which I do everyday. It's probably one of the best times of the day. I really like being in touch--makes me feel like I'm still at home :) Besides that, we called it a night and will wake up for class at 730am! Buenas noches!
