On Friday we had the opportunity to go and visit the Alhambra. It sits on a mountain looking over the city and used to be the palace/community for the Muslim king and his subjects. The place is absolutely massive. Even after about 800 years the walls are still standing - and they're standing pretty solid too. Inside the walls is the actual palace where the king lived. Each room has walls decorated with intricate carving and that too has survived remarkably well...

Yep you read that right - I joined the gym. With all this food I've been eating I decided that I don't want to come home 5,000 pounds (2267 kg). I went for the first time yesterday and it's really really nice. They have locker rooms with showers, saunas, hair dryers, and a bunch of lockers where you can keep your stuff.
