Milan! We arrived into Milan at about 2pm Wednesday and finally met up with Malaika- my new travel friend for the next few months. It was so so hot in Milan and our hostel was even warmer than outside. We had a fairly relaxed afternoon before heading into the city to meet up with Tom- a friend from Croatia sailing. It was his last night in Europe so we enjoyed a typically Italian dinner- bolognese followed by gelato!
Thursday we headed into the city again to see the main sites, I must admit Milan wasn't very exciting and there's not a whole lot to see there. We bought supplies for a picnic and had a late lunch in a park near our hostel and once again had a relaxed evening.
