Most things were closed in Geraldine on Sunday. The following morning a boy racer who was driving his car around was the talk of the campsite. One of the men had called the police and he had apparently had his license taken away. Omaru is 100km up the coast from Dunedin. During the drive there was a signpost directing to 'Shag Point' which we found amusing, we stopped to take a couple of photos then carried on. We arrived late afternoon, although it does not get dark here until about 10pm. Dunedin is a student town and seemed very industrialised on the outskirts.
